About the Role:
As an ATS Operations Administrator, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across our Air Traffic Services teams in Christchurch. This is a varied role where you’ll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, supporting everything from travel, onboarding and meeting coordination through to rosters, training administration, documentation, facilities and assurance activities.

You’ll work closely with managers, Team Leaders and people across ATS, often balancing several priorities at once. You’ll also become a key point of knowledge for administrative systems and processes, providing practical support and helping ensure information, records and operational requirements are accurate and up to date.

About You:
You’ll be a proactive and highly organised administrator who enjoys being the person others can rely on to keep things moving. You’ll be comfortable managing competing priorities, using your initiative and adapting when requirements change, while maintaining a strong eye for detail and quality.

You’ll bring strong communication and interpersonal skills and be confident working with a wide range of people and stakeholders. Advanced capability across Microsoft Office applications, along with proven experience in administration, prioritisation and implementing effective administrative systems, will be important. Experience within aviation, engineering or another technology-based environment would be an advantage, but isn’t essential

Most importantly, you’ll be a collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering excellent support, builds positive working relationships and approaches your work with a strong customer and safety focus.
