About the Role:
This Business Services graduate role is designed to work with teams across AIL, assisting in a range of functions which support our products and services offered to the global market.

Our aim is to help you build a solid foundation in your career and apply your learning while creating value for our international and domestic customers.

As a grad, we don’t expect you to know everything, but you will be given the training to build your skills and have access to learning opportunities to enhance your technical development and professional acumen.

Your role is responsible for:

  • Supporting the delivery of a range of business services, including finance processes, event management and general administration to the wider AIL team, with a customer focussed approach
  • Supporting the Marketing and Communications team with their digital marketing campaigns and other marketing activities
  • Conducting targeted market research and market intelligence, from initial analysis to interpreting trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Working closely with the Digital Tech team - supporting projects, digital learning and web content
  • Assisting with the maintenance, monitoring, and coordination of individual projects.

About You:
To be eligible for this graduate position you will need to be a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following fields - Commerce, Marketing/Comms, or Project Management.

You will also have:

  • A strong work ethic and be exceptionally self-motivated and self-directed, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • A creative and practical problem-solving mindset, demonstrated through your work experience, hobbies and university projects. You will also have the ability to collaborate as part of a team.
  • Proactive communication skills and a proven ability to build credibility quickly.
  • A core skill set which includes being a savvy user of MS Office (specifically Word, Outlook and Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail resulting in outputs of the highest quality.
