About the Role:
The position of Manager
Future Services reports to our Head of ATS Support and is accountable
for developing the road map for operational strategic objectives
and facilitating their delivery. You will ensure capital projects and
business led initiatives are delivered in time and within budget
and work collaboratively to ensure the required project delivery and
subject matter expertise are appropriately engaged to ensure
successful outcomes.
In addition, you
will provide support and advice to identify business efficiencies
and enhancements to establish priorities and ensure the achievement
of consistent and coordinated delivery of key business projects and objectives
across ATS and Technology Group.
Key focus areas in the position:
- Driving the operational road map that will deliver on Airways’ strategy
- Coordinating internally and externally to ensure comprehensive delivery of initiatives
- Delivering solutions to unlock the full potential of ATS services
- Project work as
required
About You:
You are an experienced
people leader, recognised for your knowledge and experience in implementing
transformational change and facilitating processes that achieves desired
commercial outcomes.
To be successful in the
role, you will have:
- Be results focused with proven success in developing new services that meet customer demand, industry standards
- Have completed training in the areas of change management and implementation and leadership development
- Have proven experience coaching and managing performance
- Be an outstanding communicator, with the ability to inspire engagement, teamwork, and motivation
