Talent management, engagement programme, leadership development, coaching and facilitation along with supporting cultural and structural change – this is a role that truly has it all! We are on the hunt for an exceptional professional to fill the shoes of our OD Advisor while she is on parental leave. Reporting to the OD Manager, the key areas of accountability will include but not be limited to:

  • Talent management (training, development and succession planning).
  • Building organisational capability.
  • Growing leaders.
  • Working closely with the OD Manager on the engagement programme.
  • Assisting in change management and organisational design.

You will be in a position to start sooner rather than later and keen to commit to a minimum of 12 months. Ideally we are looking for an individual available four days a week but equally we are open to hearing from those that would be interested in a three day working week as well. Our main locations are Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch so some travel will be required.
