About the Role:
We're looking for a Product Specialist to join our Products (Digital) team in Christchurch.
In this role, you'll help deliver innovative aviation technology solutions to customers across New Zealand and around the world. Working alongside Product Owners, developers and industry experts, you'll support the implementation, deployment and ongoing delivery of a diverse range of digital products and services.
No two days are the same. You may be configuring and deploying a product for a customer, delivering training, supporting a project implementation, or working with colleagues to enhance our products and services. You'll play an important role in ensuring customers receive high-quality solutions and a positive experience from start to finish.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong relationships and taking ownership of their work. If you're naturally curious, comfortable with technology and thrive in a varied environment, this could be the opportunity for you.
About You:
You don't need to be an aviation expert, but you do need to be
curious, adaptable and comfortable learning new technology.
You're the sort of person who naturally takes ownership of your work, enjoys working with customers, and can balance multiple priorities without losing sight of the details. You communicate well, build strong relationships, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to find solutions when challenges arise.
You'll likely bring experience in a technology, customer delivery, training, support or project environment and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. Most importantly, you'll have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed.
To Apply:
If you’re eager to build on your already successful career at a
State-Owned Enterprise with an international reputation for innovation and
success, submit your application (CV and cover letter) via the Airways careers
site or Seek.
Please note that you must be legally eligible to work in New Zealand to be considered.
This role will require the successful candidate to undergo pre-employment background checks including but not limited to references, drug and alcohol screening and criminal conviction.
Application closing date is 1 July 2026
