with good practical exposure to remuneration. You might already be working in

background with a good understanding of remuneration activities and processes.
You don’t necessarily need to have done everything
this role covers before. What’s important is that you’re comfortable working
with data, have a sound understanding of remuneration, and can turn information
into practical insights and advice.
For success, you’ll bring:
- Practical remuneration experience, including exposure to areas such as remuneration analysis, benchmarking or annual review processes.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, with confidence working with people and remuneration data.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on producing accurate, reliable work.
- The ability to build effective relationships and translate data and technical information into clear, practical advice.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- An interest in developing broader capability across people analytics, performance, and people systems.
- The
resilience and agility to work in a dynamic environment, take ownership and
collaborate effectively to deliver successful outcomes.
It would also be beneficial to have:
Experience with job evaluation, HR
systems, dashboards, or data visualisation tools would be an advantage, but is
not essential.
