About the Role:
As Team Leader ATS Administration, you’ll lead our ATS Administration team and ensure the delivery of professional, responsive and high-quality administrative support across Air Traffic Services. You’ll be responsible for building team capability, setting priorities and service standards, managing workload across the team and ensuring ATS leaders and operational teams receive the support they need.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Alongside coaching and developing your team, you’ll oversee the delivery of day-to-day administration services, coordinate executive support for ATS leadership and look for opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve the way we work. You’ll build strong relationships across ATS and work closely with operational leaders, Workforce Planning, Airways People and other support functions.
About You:
You’ll be an experienced administration professional and people leader who knows how to keep a busy function organised while bringing out the best in your team. You’ll be comfortable setting priorities, balancing competing demands and maintaining high service standards in a fast-moving operational environment.
You’ll bring proven experience leading and developing teams, strong administration and organisational capability, and excellent communication skills. You’ll be confident working with stakeholders at all levels, from Executives and operational leaders through to internal specialists and external customers. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience implementing effective administrative systems are also important. Experience within aviation, engineering or another technology-based environment would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, delivers to deadlines and is always looking for ways to improve how services are delivered.
