About the Role:
You’ll play a central role in planning and coordinating workforce schedules across ATS, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Working closely with operational leaders and stakeholders, you’ll provide insights, modelling, and solutions that support safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery.
This role also contributes to the ongoing evolution of workforce planning systems and practices, helping to embed smarter, more data-driven approaches across the business.
About You:
You bring experience in workforce planning, rostering, or scheduling within a complex, operational environment. You’re comfortable working with data and can translate insights into practical, real-world solutions that support business outcomes.
You have a strong attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work, particularly when working to deadlines. You’re naturally proactive and enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working.
You build effective relationships across a wide range of stakeholders and are confident engaging with both operational teams and senior leaders. You communicate clearly and are able to influence and gain buy-in when introducing new approaches or improvements.
Ideally, you have experience working with workforce planning or rostering systems, and an understanding of complex or unionised environments would be an advantage.
